Arriving in northern Thailand this morning, transfer to the remote and beautiful Golden Triangle, for a stay at the Imperial Golden Triangle Hotel.

After an opportunity this morning to visit the market in Pakbeng, continue your journey by boat, visiting the extraordinary caves of Pak Ou, with its hundreds of Buddha statues. Continue to Luang Prabang for your stay at the Villa Santi Resort.

The jewel of Indochina and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1995, the ancient royal city of Luang Prabang has dozens of temples and is a delight to explore on foot. Sightseeing this morning includes the impressive Wat Xieng Thong and the sacred hill of Phu Sii with its spectacular panoramic vista across the city. This afternoon head out of the city to visit a nearby H’mong hilltribe village.

Today visit the important monument of Pha That Luang, the Wat Phra Keo Museum and Wat Si Saket, the oldest temple left in the city.
